Wow John, you have answered a question I have been asking myself for a few months now concerning the sacraments and the last rites . I come from an ancient line with links right back to St Patrick himself. I had lapsed for many years, but I had a spiritual re-awakening when both my parents appeared to me, shortly after my mum passed. I believe the rot in the church didn't happen as many believe with Vatican II or even with the Liberation theology of the 1960's, or even with the French revolution as many believe. It happened with Copernicus in the 16th century. The Jesuits have been instrumental and prime movers in a deception that has spanned the centuries and there is Biblical evidence to back up the deception along with scientific data.
